Let's Run!
On October 11, 2026, I will be running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a proud member of the Advocate Health Care Charity Running Team.
Running has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. No matter the season or stage of life, it has always made me feel better, clearer, stronger, and more grounded. It’s my reset, my outlet, and a reminder of what my body and mind are capable of. Over the years, I’ve also loved encouraging others to run or simply move more, watching how it transforms not just their physical health, but their confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
That’s why running for access to healthcare feels especially meaningful to me.
As part of the Advocate charity running team, I’ll be training, fundraising, and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help ensure that people in our communities have access to high-quality, compassionate care regardless of their circumstances. Since 2011, the Advocate charity running team has raised over $2 million to support programs and services that make a real difference for patients and families, from cancer care and chronic illness support to essential community health resources.
Healthcare changes lives. Movement changes lives. And when people have access to both, the impact is powerful.
If you’re able, I would be honored to have your support. A donation of any amount helps me reach my fundraising goal and, more importantly, helps ensure that over one million people can receive the care they need close to home.
Thank you for supporting this journey and for believing, as I do, in a healthier, stronger future for all.
