Why I'm Running

On October 11, 2026, I will be representing Advocate Health Care as a member of the charity running team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon! As a member of the charity running team, I will be training, fundraising, and ultimately running 26.2 miles to benefit patients and families in need.

I designated all funds that I raise to be given to the Advocate Children’s Hospital oncology practice because childhood cancer has profoundly impacted my loved ones. The work of the oncology team at Advocate Children’s Hospital goes beyond medical care—they support families with expertise, empathy, and an unwavering focus on dignity and hope.
