Why I'm Running

On October 11, 2026, I will be representing Advocate Health Care as a member of the charity running team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon! As a member of the charity running team, I will be training, fundraising, and ultimately running 26.2 miles to benefit patients and families in need.

The reason I’m raising funds for the Advocate Children’s Heart Institute is for two reasons: the first being that it’s crucial to give back to those who we’re able to help when possible, and the second is to accomplish a very challenging goal by proving myself right. This run is going to be dedicated to my own personal growth, my family, my loved ones, my friends, the staff at Advocate Health Care, as well as the patients who will receive excellent care and resources.
