Why I'm Running
On October 11, 2026, I will be representing Advocate Health Care as a member of the charity running team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon!
This charity is unspeakably meaningful to me. My Aunt Barb passed away from cancer in 2011. Advocate cared for her, kept her spirits high, and comforted our entire family during this period. To say that running for Advocate is meaningful to me is an understatement. I am proud to run for Advocate, my Aunt Barb, and our entire family.
As a member of the charity running team, I will be training, fundraising, and ultimately running 26.2 miles to benefit patients and families in need.
