Why I'm Running

On October 11, 2026, I will be representing Advocate Health Care as a member of the charity running team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon! As a member of the charity running team, I will be training, fundraising, and ultimately running 26.2 miles to benefit patients and families in need.

Since 2011, the Advocate charity running team has raised over $2 million for Advocate Health Care programs and services. As a new Advocate Health healthcare provider, I have joined the team in order to support financial efforts towards health research, the children, adults and families who trust us with their care, and to give back to the nurses and providers who save lives everyday.
