Why I'm Running

Eileen Sheahan was a friend of mine and a friend of many who all knew her by her genuine nature, ambitious spirit, and positive outlook on life. A runner herself, she pushed herself everyday to live it to the fullest. To Live Like Eileen is to live each day to the best of your ability, to show up for others by loving genuinely, and to seek out the fun in every experience.

To continue her legacy and to support her, her family, and her closest friends, I will be running the Chicago Marathon on October 13, 2024 in honor of Eileen Sheahan with a few of our friends. We will be representing Advocate Health Care during the race and any additional donations I receive I will be donating to The Academy at St. Joan of Arc’s Eileen Sheahan Memorial Scholarship.
