Has a tiny life changed your world? Perhaps you or a loved one has suffered through a difficult pregnancy, or faced the mental and emotional rollercoaster of having a baby admitted into the NICU, or gone through the unimaginable grief associated with experiencing a miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death. No matter how brief or how small these tiny lives are, they have the ability to change the world for those who love them. At Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, Share Perinatal Support Services, a philanthropically funded program, offers a variety of resources, support, and financial assistance to families going through any type of perinatal crisis.

In honor of NICU Awareness Month (September) and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month (October), this fundraiser has been established to support Share and its mission to care for all families experiencing a perinatal crisis at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The Share Perinatal Support Services fundraiser will be live from September 10th until October 10, 2023. Anyone who fundraises or donates for the program during this time will be recognized as follows:

Supporter of Share (raise or donate $50): 

• Receive a complimentary long-sleeve "A tiny life changed my world" t-shirt. 

Friend of Share (raise or donate $100): 

• Receive a complimentary long-sleeve "A tiny life changed my world" t-shirt. 
• Your name will be included on the back of the shirt as a "Friend of Share."

Benefactor of Share (raise or donate $250): 

• Receive a complimentary long-sleeve "A tiny life changed my world" t-shirt. 
• Your name will be included on the back of the shirt as a "Benefactor of Share."
• Receive a complimentary Yeti mug with the fundraiser logo.
• Receive an invitation for you and a guest to attend a special donor reception with Good Samaritan Hospital's president Allie Wyler and the Advocate Charitable Foundation team.

Champion of Share (raise or donate $500): 

• Receive a complimentary long-sleeve "A tiny life changed my world" t-shirt. 
• Your name will be included on the back of the shirt as a "Champion of Share."
• Receive a complimentary Yeti mug with the fundraiser logo.
• Receive an invitation for you and a guest to attend a special donor reception with Good Samaritan Hospital's president Allie Wyler and the Advocate Charitable Foundation team.

Leader's Circle (raise or donate $1,000): 

• Receive a complimentary long-sleeve "A tiny life changed my world" t-shirt. 
• Your name will be included on the back of the shirt under "Leader's Circle."
• Receive a complimentary Yeti mug with the fundraiser logo
• Receive an invitation for you and a guest to attend a special donor reception with Good Samaritan Hospital's president Allie Wyler and the Advocate Charitable Foundation team.

One hundred percent of the proceeds collected from this fundraiser will go directly to the Share Perinatal Support Services Fund, to support families at Good Samaritan Hospital. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
