2024 ADSC Fitness, Fun for Everyone 5K Run/3K Walk

Please join us post-race for music, a Zumba dance party and more!

Free parking on Maine East's campus is available. Check-in and same-day registration will be in the Maine Memorial Stadium.

No pets allowed on the Maine East High School Field Track except certified service animals.

T-shirts may be picked up at the Adult Down Syndrome Center on Wednesday, May 29 or Thursday, May 30 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may also pick up your shirts during check-in on Saturday, June 1.

Since 1992, the Adult Down Syndrome Center has provided a full range of specialized health care services for 6,000 adolescents and adults with Down syndrome.
