Boldt Construction Fund for Community Health

Established in 2015, the Boldt Construction Fund for Community Health supports Advocate Children’s Hospital’s work to extend its reach and expertise into communities where families live, work and play. Through the Hospital’s community networks, the Boldt Fund supports education and health screening programs, assists in the offering of school-wide and age-group specific presentations on topics of high interest to parents and other caregivers, educators, community health providers and to children such as internet safety, first aid, child-proofing homes, pet safety, sports injury prevention, bicycle safety and poison control. The Fund also supports child safety through the car seat and bicycle helmet programs. With information and simple tips, many accidents and injuries are being avoided.
